We believe real estate should create impact beyond the transaction.

For every home we sell, we sponsor one child through KidSport Victoria to help cover the cost of organized sport for a year. We call it 1 Home 1 Kid. When your move closes, a kid gets the chance to play.

It matters to us because sports shaped our family. They taught us discipline, resilience, teamwork, and how to show up for other people. That is a big part of how we do business too.


Our story

The Webbers are a family business built across generations.

Doug built his real estate career in the Cowichan Valley starting in 1993. Over the years, the business grew into a family team, with Brock and Thomas carrying that legacy forward as third-generation realtors on Vancouver Island.

Shae was an important part of that story and helped shape the values behind this business: hard work, community, and service. Her impact is still part of how we work today.
