Our family of REALTORS® has been a family business in the making since the 1960’s and 1980’s. Both Fathers of Doug and Shae were REALTORS®, beginning their careers in Prince Rupert, and carrying them onto Vancouver Island.
In 1993, Doug and Shae relocated their young family to Duncan as Doug began his Real Estate career in the Cowichan Valley. Doug quickly began the large task of building a strong business at a time in the Real Estate industry when the market was suffering. Doug has helped clients achieve their Real Estate goals through three down cycles. His tenure allows him to provide skilled experience to our clients.
Shae joined the industry as a REALTOR® in 2003, working closely with Doug. In 2014, Shae enhanced her Real Estate license by including the Commercial REALTOR® designation with the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, and in 2020, Shae stepped into the role of Director with the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board.
Recently, Doug and Shae have proudly expanded their family business to include two of their sons, being 3rd generation REALTORS®.
Shae sadly passed away in April 2020. Leaving the 3 of us to continue on.
Brock began his Real Estate career in 2017 after finishing his electrical training at Camosun while working in the field. Brock has focused his Real Estate career in the Victoria, Western communities and Sooke areas of Vancouver Island.
Thomas started his Real Estate career in 2020. Thomas has a large sphere of influence which has helped with the smooth transition into his new career. Thomas coaches minor hockey for the Capitals and runs his own Power Skating camps as well as plays for local men’s Piggies rugby club.
We believe in giving back to our community. For many years, Doug has been coaching youth in basketball, soccer and minor hockey. Shae joined a local service club whose motto is to “serve the community’s greatest need”. Thomas, as a young adult, coaches minor hockey in the Cowichan Valley.
